Kat is an energetic Dietitian, Yoga Instructor and Primary School Teacher, with a side of long distance running and African dancing!
She is currently sharing her innovative yoga classes online – including yoga to support runners to stretch out and stay injury free, as well as a specialised program for teenagers.
Kat is available for nutrition consultations and yoga sessions for private or group bookings.
